How Much Does Fogging Cost?
Prices vary depending on the area, prices are charged per square foot of the fogging area. For example if your main floor and basement are being fogged and they are 1000sq.ft. each, you would be billed for 2000sq.ft. Prices typically start around $260 for a space under 1000sq.ft. Please reach out for a current customized quote, we offer great savings on packages for multiple treatments.

What Should I do Before The Fogging Visit?
Before our visit, please open all drawers, closets, pantries, doors, cabinets and areas you'd like us to fog. Unless we're directed otherwise, we will not fog or enter any areas that are closed.
Can I Stay During the Fogging Service?
Fogging requires that All occupants and animals leave the property for the duration of the fogging, you may return to the property approx. 2 hours after completion. Although our product is 100% safe, the mist will cause coughing during the application. It can leave a light essential oil type smell for the first couple of days. When our technician is complete and leaves your property, they will call to inform you when you can return. If we fog kitchen cupboards, you'll want to wash all dishes before using them.

After disinfecting and fogging, we ensure that the area is safe for re-entry. Typically, the space is ready to use again in about 2 hours, but this may vary depending on the chemicals used and the size of the area.
